Detainees in Hama central prison started a second turmoil following the first one that was less than month ago because Assad regime did not implement the agreed upon terms which include the release of hundreds of detainees.Orient learned from sources that detainees re-controlled all the prison and arrested a number of Assad guards forces including a high ranking officer; prison management, in return, cut the water and called for more support.The sources confirmed that Hama police chief arrived in the prison with two other high ranking officers to negotiate the matter with the detainees with the possibility of direct talks with Assad minister of interiors.Detainees refused to end their sit-in till Assad regime fulfils its obligations and releases 491 detainees as previously agreed.
