Tens of Fatth al-Sham fighters were killed on Friday by a new airstrike carried out by US-led coalition’s warplanes.
US-led coalition warplanes targeted Sheikh Suleiman camp in Aleppo western countryside killing at least 30 Fatth al-Sham fighters and injuring tens, according activists.
The death toll would rise, as there were many bodies trapped under the rubble.
Separately, Russian warplanes targeted a headquarters of the Free Syrian Army’s Jaysh al-Mujahideen. No killings were reported. The Russian warplanes targeted Jaysh al-Jahideen despite the fighting group’s participation in the recent Ankara meeting over Syria.
It is worthy to note that US-led coalition’s airstrikes were significantly increased in the last few days. Two weeks ago, 21 Fatth al-Sham fighters were killed by the coalition’s airstrike on Sarmada in Idlib.
