Syria between Russia cunningness and US pseudo-cleverness
Clashing in Syria intensified in the last few days on several fronts, especially under the “humanitarian truce” banner which does not respect fighting groups.

What are the reasons behind this intensification, where is the Syrian war and are there some radical changes?

And what does it mean for the US Secretary of State to say that “the situation in Syria is out of control?”

Was the situation under control previously? The American attitudes have made a mockery of the minds of those who follow the Syrian affair. Mr. Kerry is satisfied with “big talk” amid statements that have no real meaning or purpose.

At the level of the general attitude:

Obama received the noble prize before actually achieving any peace. As he completes his 2nd term, he still has not achieved any kind of peace in many places, especially Syria. Now, some voices have been raised calling for stripping Obama of his Noble prize, protesting his inaction.

In addition, the Geneva talks still see dispute concerning Assad’s fate; it cannot be discussed in negotiations. A Russian source believes that the negotiations will not succeed politically, and that the military operations will continue to destroy what is left of Syria’s landmarks in Aleppo and in other cities.

Moscow is not in favor of determining Assad’s fate in the negotiations, as what the Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says: the matter will be decided by Syrians themselves in the general election. This is how Russia publicly collapsed the Geneva negotiations.

First: The major escalation witnessed on several fronts along the Syrian map showed that the field of logistics and confrontations focused on military finality.

Secondly: This escalation coincides with Assad’s recent position in his letter to Putin, which included Assad’s determination to pursue military confrontations “until the last victory.” These threats are not released haphazardly since they allow Moscow to appear as pressure on Assad to consider the truce and some humanitarian aspects!

Thirdly: Syria’s current scene of fighters dispersed all across and the sectarian and ethnic spreading of the population is an evident cause of partitioning.

Fourthly: one of the paradoxes of the Syrian conflict is the link between the systematic destruction and the status of the acute competition currently existing on rebuilding Syria once the war ends.

Fifthly: The repercussions of the Syrian earthquake is still a great danger, not only in the battlefield but also in the neighboring countries.

Between the “smartness” of the contemporary Tsar Vladimir Putin and the floundering of the departing Barack Obama to the point of stupidity under the slogan of “pretending to be clever,” the determination of the region depends on the level of manipulation and control of the fates of the people in the future.
