Hijab: Assad regime to storm Hama Prison and finish off detainees
The general coordinator of Syrian opposition High Negotiations Committee (HNC) Riad Hijab considered the U.N. silence towards what is happening in The Central Hama Prison strange, and it raises many questions.

Hijab sent messages to the International Organization in which he expressed fears for the detainees’ safety after Assad terrorists threatened to storm the prison.

Many opposition fighting groups expressed the absolute solidarity with the languished detainees; the representative of  Jaysh al-Islam proposed on Saturday a prisoners swap-deal between Assad prisoners at the group and Hama’s prisoners.

Alloush said in an inside on Orient News TV that the UN could mediate such a deal as it has ties with Assad regime.

Videos released from the heart of the prison showed that Assad regime sending mediators to convince the detainees of surrender.

“We do not trust you,” one of the detainees answered an Assad mediator and added, “Assad terrorists said that would negotiate us, then we were suddenly hailed with live bullets, I can bring you the clothes of my colleague which confirm my story.”

Orient News Correspondent Feras Karem reported on Friday the killing of two detainees following attempts by Assad terrorists to storm the prison.

Most of the detainees at the Hama Prison are political detainees.

More than 200,000 people have spent time in regime prisons since 2011, while tens of thousands of political detainees are reported to have died of torture.
