American justice and Iran’s support for terrorism
The Supreme Court of the U.S. decided last April to hand over 2.65 billion USD out of frozen Iranian assets to the families of American victims killed in terrorist attacks carried out by Mullahs’ regime in Tehran or its loyalists and any involved partners.

The court’s report mentioned many terrorist attacks among which the 9-11, attacks on Al-Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia in 1996, the 1983 Beirut barracks bombings as well as the attack on the French Battalion working with the UN in Beirut and the attack on a restaurant in Jerusalem in 2001. However, the American decision didn’t mention other disgraceful acts that were planned by Khamenei, carried out by Hezbollah or Al-Qaeda-linked groups.

Today, thousands of victims’ families have become so close from receiving compensations after waiting for a long time. This action represents the inevitability of bringing criminals to justice no matter how long the time was.

Tehran’s regime didn’t approve the American decision and it considered it an “open robbery” of the money of the Iranian people as if Iran’s “honorable” government is not wasting the funds of the poor people on terrorist militias fighting for Iran’s regime in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Gaza.

After the American decision, Tehran, together with its advocates, started yelling threatening to resort to the International Court of Justice. Then Tehran urged Ban Ki-Moon to mediate, but in vain because Tehran’s regime according to Judge George Daniels is unable of proving itself irresponsible for helping terrorists particularly the decision of condemnation came after long hearing sessions and testimonies of several witnesses and experts.

It would be a waste of time to prove Iran’s responsibility for most terrorist attacks in the region and the world since the establishment of Mullah’s regime in 1979, as it is beyond doubt.

Recently, Iranians who felt the international siege and condemnation are trying to find a way out through some extreme suggestions like the ones issued by the spokesperson of Khamenei who said that the only way to restore Iran’s wealth is to take over American cargo ships in the Gulf.

Such threats are no strange to the Iranian policy given that those who make them are sure that Obama will not act because of his strategy with Iran. He even said that “Iranians are good strategists and not reckless,” our comment on Obama’s attitude is “Okay, Mr. President. They are threatening your ships now! What are you going to do?”
