Multiple airstrikes were conducted Saturday on a number of towns and villages in Deir ez-Zoor, northeast of Syria, killing many civilians and destroying oil tankers, locals said.
US-led coalition warplanes bombed on Saturday residential areas in the village of Khasham in Deir ez-Zoor. At least eight civilians were killed and tens of others were gravely injured, Baladi website reported.
Similar attacks were conducted on the villages of Kasret Sheikh al-Juma’a and al-Daba’an claiming the lives of other civilians.
It is worthy to note that Orient Net can not verify the story as similar massacres were committed in Deir ez Zoor, but ISIS’ blackout prevented them from being published.
