Opposition fighters succeeded today in pushing Assad terrorists out of al-Qaboon in Damascus. The step enable them to link the area with Jobar, Orient News team of correspondents reported.
"We have cut the international way of Damascus-Homs, while the street of Fares al-Khori in the heart of Damascus has become under our range of our fire," a commander in the opposition told Orient Net.
Photos of Assad tanks and military vehicles were seen today in the heart of Damascus especially in al-Adewi and al-Zira’a neighborhoods.
Assad media channels tried to depict life in Damascus as normal; people were going to school and shopping in markets, as a report in the Assad TV said from Sheikh Sa’ad.
