Assad media outlets say at least five officers have been killed in Idlib countryside by opposition fighters and anti-Assad factions.
Captain Zakaria Ali, Captain Hadier Mahyoon, First Lieutenant Rafiq Zarka, Lieutenant Ibrahim Mustafa and Lieutenant Saeed Hejazi were killed in the battles of Kafr Ein, al-Hbeit, and Tel Sekik, the Assad-affiliated pages said in the last 48 hours.
Assad militias have lost hundreds of thousands of members since the head of the regime launched his war against Syrians who took to the streets against his dictatorship, claiming their rights in freedom and a civil state.
