HNC: Assad regime stands behind explosions in Syria

The Syrian High Negotiating Committee (HNC) issued a press release on Wednesday stating that the Assad regime is responsible for all blasts and explosions which have taken place in Syria in the last five years. 

“The Assad regime is targeting Syrian civilians using all kinds of weapons, including the internationally banned ones, to intimidate and deviate them from their march of freedom and dignity,” Salem Almuslit HNC official spokesman said.

"Tartous and Jablah attacks were engineered by Assad regime and its adopted terrorist organization, ISIS," he said. 

By these explosions, Assad regime is sowing the seeds of sedition among Syrians, and it also spreads the spirit of sectarian fighting in various areas of Syria" al-Meslet added .

Assad regime wants to distort and defile the Syrian Revolution against tyranny and despotism, he said. 

"The HNC condemns all Assad terrorist regime’s attacks, and it also categorically rejects targeting civilians and warns against dangers of reprisal attacks against civilians or IDPs in the Syrian Coastal areas," he concluded.
