The Free Education Directorate suspended the summer educational activities in Idlib southern countryside, due to the shelling by the Assad regime militias and Russia on the area.
The directorate said in a statement issued on Saturday (August 11) that it suspended the educational activities in all the schools in Maarrat al-Numan, Kafr Nabl, and Khan Shaykhun towns for three days.
This decision aims to save the lives of students after the severe bombardment on Friday.
Friday’s airstrikes killed at least nine civilians and injured forty others in Idlib countryside.
