Muddy roads in Aleppo countryside hamper schooling
Students in Aleppo countryside are suffering while going to school because of the mud and the potholes, Orient News Ammar Jaber said.

Ammar Jaber visited a school in one of the villages in Aleppo southern countryside and talked to the students and  to the local council member in the village of Rasm al-Sahrij.

“My name is Walid al-Ali. I am from the village of Rasm al-Sahrij. I and  my friends extremely suffer on the way to school because the way is full of potholes and mud. When we step inside the classroom floor, it becomes completely muddy. It is the only way to school. Also when we come back to the house, it becomes muddy by our dirty shoes. Our conditions never improve with the passage of winters,” one of the students said.

The local council member talked to Orient News, he explained what was the reason behind the muddy roads in Aleppo. He sent a message of distress in which he said that the council was helpless and incapable of doing anything to repair this road.

"It costs too much and we have poor or let me say we do not have financial aid. This muddy way is not better than many other ways in Aleppo southern countryside. We through Orient News send a message to all those who hear, to respond and give a hand to help in paving these roads”.

Aleppo countryside is a de-escalation zone reached by the Syria guarantors, Turkey, Russia and Iranian regime.
