Assad regime targets DMZ in Idlib, Hama countryside
Assad regime militias targeted on Friday (March 27) the demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Idlib and Hama countryside, causing substantial material damage, Orient correspondent reported.

Assad artillery shells and rockets targeted several villages and towns in Idlib countryside, including al-Tah, Khan Sheikhoun and al-Tamanah, causing substantial material damage Orient correspondent added.

During the last two months, Assad militias have shelled Khan Sheikhoun town with more than 1,800 artillery shells and rockets, killing more than 55 civilians.

In Hama countryside, Assad artillery shells targeted civilian homes in Kafr Zita village, and al-Lataminah town, causing substantial material damage.

Idlib and Hama countryside are within the de-escalation zones reached on Syria by the three guarantor states; Russia, Turkey and the Iranian regime.
