Dozens of Syrian demonstrators took to the streets on Friday (June 21) in Daraa to demand freedom for Syrian detainees in Assad regime detention centers, local sources told Orient.
Peaceful protesters hit the streets near the Omari mosque in the city centre after Friday prayer, the local sources added.
They called for the release the detainees in Assad regime prisons, chanting “free the detainees.”
The demonstrators also expressed their refusal of the reconciliation agreement with the Assad regime.
The Syrian revolution broke out in 2011 when children wrote on their school walls anti-Assad regime slogans.
